Back into some paddling this week, won my first ski race of the season, fortunately for me we had a calm night, feels great to be back on the water after a good break.
Also over the weekend rode in my first criterium, Race two of the ORCA series in Cambridge.
I was given some good advice about staying up the front, seemed to work for a while but the pace didn’t come down and I didn’t have the speed.
I managed to finish mid pack with out having an accident so a good learning experience over all.
