Paddling in the very fresh Waimakariri river in the 2005 Coast to Coast, my paddle time was the fastest time by over 18 minutes.

Motu Cycle

In this race the Kayaker has to bike eight kilometres and run three, after paddling 28kms down river, much harder than it sounds. This year I set a new record and became the first person to break two hours.
Running in Water

A much welcomed run through the mountain streams to cool off, these were also our source of hydration through the run section.
